REFUND POLICY
Be in the Pink has a 30-day return policy for the item(s) returned within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please follow these steps:
1. Check Your Package(s) for Shipping Damages and Other Merchandise Issues
When your package arrives, please take a moment to inspect the contents. Contact us immediately if you find any defects or damages or receive the wrong item. We will investigate and ensure that everything is resolved!
2. These are the Exclusions/Non-returnable items
Please remember that some items are final sales, such as gift cards, custom products, special orders, and personalized items.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize health and safety. To ensure the well-being of everyone, we kindly ask that personal care items, such as bath and body products, fragrances, and beauty products, including makeup and skincare, not be returned. In some cases, we will accept a return on these items; however, they must remain unopened and unused. This policy is in place to uphold the highest safety standards for all. 4. RMA#’s Must Be Given
After we have approved your return, we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), a shipping label, and detailed instructions for returning your item(s). Please keep in mind that we will not accept returns without an RMA#. Don't forget to label the box, packing slip, or invoice with the RMA# that we provide.

· In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, which means it should be unopened, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
· Exchanges as an Option
You have the flexibility to exchange your merchandise for a different item, which opens up a world of exciting possibilities! If the new item is priced the same as the original, it's a perfect swap. If there's a price difference, we'll ensure that everything is sorted out smoothly, either through a refund or additional payment.
· Refunding Your Money
We will promptly notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Once approved, the appropriate amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
