BIP Routine Recommendations for Healthy, Glowing Skin


First and foremost, it is best to choose products that are specific to your skins unique needs. Avoid using any products containing Retin-A during the day to avoid skin damage during sun exposure.


  1. Cleanse the skin using a good cleanser and then use a toner.
  2. Apply any serum for the face and eyes. Wait for serum to absorb entirely.
  3. Use moisturizers for the eyes and face, such as oils, lotions and creams.
  4. The final step in the AM, before applying makeup, is to apply sunscreen to protect against sun damage.


While we are sleeping, the skin will get to work on repairing and replenishing itself. At the end of the day, we believe it's important to remove the makeup and prepare the skin for the nightime products we need to apply. After the makeup is removed, the same steps are taken as the AM routine, except we don't use sunscreen and it's best if the products are specific to the nighttime. Masks and peels, as well as products containing properties specific to aid in cell repair and regrowth, are best to use during this time.
